Working with Studio Press and Disney on Stitch has been a dream project and I am so grateful. I remember when the film first came out as a teenager; copying the Hula dancing with my best friend. Stitch is also my daughter’s favourite character and so when Amy at Illo Agency shared the opportunity with me it was a ‘pinch me’ moment.

The whole project was a joy to work on, the brief and vision for the project was very clear and right from the beginning I was given the freedom to play and add my own elements to the existing world. I had so much fun developing the little alien characters and thinking about their individual space crafts and how they might move.

It was so inspiring to learn from the movie and try to emulate some of the beautiful mark making and the expressions on the characters that are so beloved.
